Course Materials

AG MINDVEST provides pre-recorded videos as part of our course materials. These videos are designed to enhance your learning experience by offering comprehensive content that you can access at your convenience. Our commitment to delivering quality education includes providing you with engaging and informative pre-recorded video content.

Subscriptions

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or AG MINDVEST cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting hrd.ravig@gmail.com  customer support team.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide AG MINDVEST private limited with accurate and complete billing information that may include but not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize AG MINDVEST private limited to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, AG MINDVEST private limited reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.

Information automatically collected about you when you use AG MINDVEST
We gather certain information automatically when you visit our Website and/or platform/application and/or services

End User License Agreement

This AG MINDVEST end user license agreement (“agreement”) is a legal and binding agreement made solely between you and AG MINDVEST. By clicking the “accept” button or by installing, copying or using the AG MINDVEST  application or any web sites owned or controlled by AG MINDVEST , you are indicating that you have read this agreement, that you understand it, and that you consent to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. You also accept that any third party beneficiary or any device manufacturers or telecommunication service providers, may enforce the provisions in this agreement and the terms of use. This agreement sets forth your rights and obligations with respect to your use of any version of the downloadable AG MINDVEST software (the “software”) and any information or data of any kind, including without limitation any artwork, text, content, video, audio or pictures served through the software or received from or on any web site owned or controlled by AG MINDVEST (collectively the “content”) (the software and the content are together referred to as the “application”;

Grant of License

AG MINDVEST Thereby grants to you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Application/ website solely for personal, non-commercial use on devices under your ownership and control, solely in the territories in which AG MINDVEST has commercially launched and subject to the following terms:

You may not:

  1. Link to the Application except as expressly permitted in writing by AG MINDVEST;
  2. Permit other individuals to use the website and/or the application with your login id and password;
  3. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by law), tamper with or create derivative works based upon the Application including the Content or any portion thereof (including without limitation any security components and digital rights management);

  5. Sell, rent, lease, transfer, distribute, broadcast, display or otherwise assign any rights to the website/ application to any third party;
  6. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Website/Application

  8. Use the website/ application for other than your personal, non-commercial purposes, including without limitation the excessive and/or repeated playing of content;

  12. Access or use any password protected, secure or non-public areas of the website/ application except as specifically authorized in writing by AG MINDVEST (unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the website/ application may be subject to prosecution);
  13. Use any automated means to access or use the website/ application (including scripts, “bots” or similar software); or
  14. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, reproduce, disassemble or otherwise gain access to or attempt to gain access to any private key or “dev key” (as that term is generally understood within the software industry) associated with the website/ application, the Content or the Services, or to use or attempt to use any private key or “dev key” in a manner in violation of this Agreement or the applicable AG MINDVEST service Terms and Conditions.

Violation of any of the foregoing restrictions may result in the termination of your account without any notice. AG MINDVEST reserves any and all rights or remedies that may be available in the event of your breach of this Agreement.

You shall not be entitled to use any subscription-based features of the Application unless you have paid the applicable subscription fee and agreed to the terms of the AG MINDVEST Service Terms and Conditions. AG MINDVEST is not obligated to provide any such free trial period.

Upgrades/Updates

You acknowledge that AG MINDVEST may issue upgraded or modified versions of the Application/ website from time to time, and may automatically electronically upgrade or modify the version of the Application that you are using on your device. You consent to such automatic upgrading or modification, and agree that this Agreement (as amended from time to time) will govern all such versions.

The website/ application will operate only on those hardware and software platforms specified in the Application documentation. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate software, hardware and Internet connection to operate the then-current version of the website/ application to avail the services. AG MINDVEST reserves the right to cease supporting any hardware or software platform at any time, with or without notice.

AG MINDVEST may modify the website/ application at any time without notice and may discontinue any AG MINDVEST application or web site at any time without notice.

The Content served by AG MINDVEST or third parties directly through the website/ application is the property of AG MINDVEST, its licensors, its partners and/or its advertisers. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to such Content is the property of AG MINDVEST or third parties and is protected by applicable copyright and other law.
